How to add sample data in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement?

To install sample data in Dynamics 365, perform the following steps:

Classic Environment

If you are using classic environment:

1. Go to Advanced Settings
2. Click Data Management
3. Click Sample Data
4. In the pop up window, click Install Sample Data

Note: To remove sample data, follow the same steps and in pop-up window, click Remove Sample Data.

Power Platform

If you are using power platform admin center:

1. Select your environment
2. Click Settings
3. Click Sample Data under Data Management
4. In the pop up window, click Install Sample Data

Note: To remove sample data, follow the same steps and in pop-up window, click Remove Sample Data.

Import Jobs Created

The following import jobs are created:
